6.2 Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

6.3 Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at the information provided in Section 13.

Due to the personalized nature of our signed books, we have limited return options:

● Damaged or Defective Products: Signed copies are unique and generally non-refundable unless damaged during shipping. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence. We will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.

● Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent or issue a refund.

● Change of Mind: Signed books cannot be returned due to change of mind, as they are personalized items.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 10-14 business days of approval.
